Using RoboPlus Motion 2 for a custom Darwin-Mini joint?

I'm using the OpenCM-9.04C to control a Darwin-Mini.
I have added a heading servo to the ankle joint, which also moves the other ankle axes a little bit.
How do I modify the Darwin-Mini in the 3D program to reflect these new axes of movement?

The answer to this question is that there is no way to get the 3D robot to understand any other configuration than the default build. I'll have to configure each servo separately without 3D preview when making modifications to the geometry.
